•  Tooth extraction:

Whenever possible, I try to save teeth rather than extract them. Even in cases that seem hopeless, modern dentistry may allow us to use root canal treatment followed by reinforcement with a post to create a supporting tooth suitable for a crown or even a bridge.

When extraction cannot be avoided, I remove the tooth gently and without pain.
